How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
It all depends on the scope of the work and the size of the project. Typically, a standard project takes me about a week to be delivered on the online gallery. As you can imagine, this is just an estimated timeframe, given the other projects I am currently working on. You should be prepared for different delivery times if the circumstances change.
Do you have a recommended videographer?
Of course, I work with several colleagues who specialise in video, image retouching, and drone operations, all of whom I can recommend for you to get in touch with and provide you with a quote for your project. I generally prefer to recommend and collaborate with other professionals whom I may not know personally, allowing my clients to hire them directly, as this enriches the overall quality of my work. I believe that regularly working with different people not only enhances my work but also offers a fresh perspective, which I find far more beneficial than always working with the same individuals.
Do you have a Studio?
No, I don't have my own studio. I travel a lot and live in a very small town called Nerja on the south coast of Spain, where I can relax, away from the madness of a big city. So, in case of need, I rent a studio near the location where we want to take the photos or closer to my client.
How does the process work?
1. Fill out form
"I love to learn as much as possible about your brand or project, including how you perceive your company and what you hope to achieve from the final result.
I also enjoy getting to know the people behind the business and how they personally view the project we need to build.
I would appreciate it if you could answer a few questions, or, if you prefer, you can also send me a summary of your needs and ideas."
2. Sign Contract
"The contract will be sent online as soon as possible, giving you ample time to review it and make any necessary changes before any travel or investment is made."
3. Photos & Prints
"Normally, I deliver the images online through a Pixieset gallery, accessible with your private code to view and download them. The gallery will be available for two weeks, after which it will be deleted.
After that, the photos will remain in my database for one year, during which time you can contact me to request them to be sent again.
I also work with print services and labs in case you need your work printed in any format or style for your business."
