"We needed to take some photos of our food for our kitchen staff. They needed to see the end result as clearly as possible in order to learn, improve, and teach new members. The goal was to visualise how they should present the dishes for our guests.
We called Robert and asked him to set up a shoot for seafood and another one for meat in the same location. He ended up giving us a masterclass in improvisation.
We gave him less than a minute for photograph each dish, and he delivered an amazing result."
